  • Turn actions required into remediation work and re‑determination — proving what changed.
  • Help validate the operating model: protect → prove → improve → stand behind → insure → maintain.

Important note

Halo‑IQ is software that determines protection from evidence. It does not make the MSP an insurer, and the customer UI should not describe the customer as “insured”. Any contractual warranty benefit (where offered) sits behind the MSP’s service and remains conditional on required controls and evidence being maintained. Regulated insurance capability sits behind the MSP’s qualifying warranty liability.
