How Halo fits (and what it is not)

Halo‑IQ is the evidence and determination layer. It supports MSP‑led cyber protection services by producing a reviewable record of what was used, what was decided, and why — based on operational evidence and versioned logic.

The customer relationship and service delivery sit with the MSP. Any contractual warranty benefit (where offered) sits behind the MSP’s service and remains conditional on required controls and evidence. Halo does not create a direct customer entitlement or an SME-facing insurance policy.
