Your MSP remains responsible for the service and for completing any required remediation.
Where warranty fits (behind the service)
Where offered, any contractual warranty benefit sits behind your MSP’s qualifying Cyber Protection Service and remains conditional on the required controls being maintained. It is not a standalone promise of cover for cyber losses generally, and it is not presented as an insurance policy for your business.
